PAD Enzyme Assay

This is a 96-well format assay whereby deimination activity is quantified via an optical density reading in a standard plate reader, following incubation of the cell/tissue lysates with an HRP-labelled monoclonal antibody specific for deiminated arginine. Each well of the plate contains arginine-containing peptides and positive controls. The ABAP product is supplied as a single 96-well ELISA plate with mouse PAD enzyme for activity calibration, deimination buffer and our proprietary HRP-labelled anti-deiminated arginin A monoclonal antibody.
