The U1-70K protein is one of the important autoantigens in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD). This product is intended for use in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), immunoblotting (IB), immunoprecipitation (IP). Human IgG1 isotype.
