You supply the target antigen and an ELISA to test the antibody binding properties.

• Immunization of 3 mice with client antigen
• Direct Fusion of mouse lymphocytes + NS1 myeloma cells
• Plating onto 10x 96-well plates, selection and ELISA screening
• Subcloning and antibody characterization of up to 5 subclones

We will develop a fully-validated, full-size antibody clone from a hybridoma clone and provide a supply of the full size antibody.

You supply the cells for RNA extraction, the target antigen and an ELISA to test the antibody binding properties.

• Preparation of hybridoma RNA, cDNA cloning & sequencing
• Recloning of scFv antibodies in the chosen species and isotype
• Transient production of IgG in CHO or Hek293 mammalian cells (2x 6-well)
• ELISA to validate antibody binding

We will identify your antigen-specific human recombinant antibodies from our own recombinant antibody libraries.

We will characterise the antibodies by ELISA and fingerprint analysis and deliver of up to 5 positive antibody cDNA clones to you.

• Antibody library selection with 4 subsequent selection rounds
• Identification of client antigen-specific antibodies from the target-specific antibody library (4 selection rounds)
• Primary characterisation of selection antibodies
• Delivery of up to 5 antibody cDNA clones
